At Paramount, I oversee the marketing social strategy for CBS News, CBS Media Ventures (Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, The Drew Barrymore Show), and CBS Affiliates driving growth, engagement, and viewership across social, linear, and streaming.
Created and executed social strategy for key launches, such as Entertainment Tonight's premiere in Atlanta, Georgia which resulted in a +200% increase in viewership and boosted the 4pm local show +70% during the week of release.
Manage implementation & optimization of strategic partnerships with affiliates and talent including best practices for social.
Appointed by the President and CMO of Marketing as the affiliate representative on a task force devised to unify the social and digital teams across Paramount.
Oversaw social strategy and best practices summit in Las Vegas, NV in June 2022 educating 210 affiliate stations on how to best optimize social content in an ever-changing digital marketing landscape.

At Thrive, I coordinated social and video strategy for key customers and events, such as Thrive’s partnership with Discover and Walmart, as well as B2B content partnerships with Facebook, Snapchat, and Audible.
Developed strategy and execution of content for social accounts of Arianna Huffington and Thrive (audience of 15M+)
Owned all content, video, and social, and user acquisition for the Thrive Challenge, a program sponsored by Walmart in which my team awarded $1M to 185 associates for making better choices.
Increased - with no paid media - both global app acquisition and social media following by +50% in 6 months
Managed a team of 3 to both create content and also troubleshoot user issues, often collaborating with product and engineering as well as data analysts.

Digital Growth & Social Media Strategy Lead (May 2016 - September 2019)
At BuzzFeed, I led a team of 2 social strategists and 4 video producers across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and beyond. I was responsible for 100M+ referrals to BuzzFeed.com and 500M+ video views across distributed channels. My focus was on content distribution, monetization, audience development, and people management.
Created and executed the social and video strategy for BuzzFeed's highest performing Facebook pages with a combined audience of 100 million followers.
Worked closely with the Publishing team to identify content trends that contribute millions of page referrals to our site.
Project managed new social media initiatives: past successes include Facebook Live, Facebook Editions, and increasing IG Link in Bio click through rate to 1 million in 30 days.
Grew BuzzFeed's FB and IG following by 35% during tenure. Still holds the record for the highest traffic referrals on FB + the most shared non-branded Facebook video (80 million views) in the company's history.
